It is the quality policy of Stemdrive LTD to ensure that all of our products and services conform to agree customer requirements and the relevant standards which indicates national and international standards for manufacture, performance, safety, and reliability.
All functions of our company are committed to the achievement of the quality policy which includes compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and recognises all applicable quality requirements relevant to individual customers.
Complete satisfaction of all customers at all times is our goal and we will monitor our performance in this via our current “customer focus” format.
Through “engagement with people” we are striving to create a work environment based on mutual respect and trust.
All personnel are directly responsible for the implementation of quality affecting procedures in their specific activities and for compliance to requirements at all stages of any process performed by them.
We are committed to continual improvement of our “Quality Management System” through ISO 9001:2015.
This quality statement shall be reviewed annually to ensure it remains in accord with our current strategy.
